Sales Tax
We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at HomeClickPro.com, except for deliveries within New Jersey. New Jersey
deliveries are charged 7% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout. If you are a professional based in NJ, please
contact us and we will be able to exclude sales tax from your order.

Our Charge Policy
Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your
order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with the manufacturers on your behalf. Once we
order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must return and pay a restocking fee. Therefore we consider this charge

Pricing & Availability
HomeClickPro.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within
1-2 business days. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business
day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer
to process. Ask our Sales Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

Determining a Product's Lead Time
At HomeClickPro.com, we understand that you want the right products, at the right price, at the right time. Therefore, we
have included the ability to request the lead time of any product featured on our web site.
Simply click the “inquire about product lead time” link on any product page. A window will pop up, with a form to be filled
in. Select the color(s) you're interested in; complete the additional information and hit “send”. We will respond to your
lead-time request as soon as possible.

Warranty Information
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. General warranty
information for each manufacturer may be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly. If you have more specific warranty

Redeeming a Discount/Promotion
During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your promotion or discount code. Enter the valid code to redeem
your discount. When you reach the order summary and confirmation, you will notice the discount or special promotion applied
to your order.

You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once your order has shipped. To monitor the

Cancelling an Open Order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping
queue or shipped by either ourselves or the distributor. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order
can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue by either us or the distributor
the terms of our returns policy will take effect. In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or
non-cancelable.
BuySafe bonds cannot be partially cancelled. For example, if you place an order for five products, purchase a BuySafe bond
and cancel three of the products, the BuySafe charge will NOT be adjusted. You can choose to either cancel the bond in its
entirety or pay the full bond price for coverage on the remaining products.

Rebate Disclaimer
Customer is responsible for mailing in rebate to the appropriate brand manufacturer. All rebate terms and conditions set
by the brand manufacturer and HomeclickPro.com (Home Décor Products, Inc.). HomeclickPro.com (Home Décor Products, Inc.) reserves
the right to revoke this policy at any time.
Once you find your rebate online, please print the rebate form and follow these tips to ensure
you receive your rebate:
- Read the form completely, including the Terms and Conditions. (Please be aware that, unless noted otherwise, rebates
are limited to one per product per household or address. Other limitations may also apply.)
- Note all proof-of-purchase requirements (e.g., receipt, UPC label, serial number, offer date), and make sure your product
rebate has not expired.
- Wait for your purchased item to arrive at your home.
- Mail these items to the address shown on the rebate form:
- Completed rebate form
- A copy of your online receipt
- All required proof-of-purchase documents
- All manufacturer rebates must be mailed to the manufacturer, and each rebate should be mailed in an individual envelope.
